SoilKeepers Completes Suburban Turf Restoration Pilot Projects

During May and June, the Center’s suburban yard maintenance and restoration pilot project, SoilKeepers, completed turf restoration projects in Fredericksburg. These market-based projects, paid for entirely by homeowners, increased infiltration and reduce soil and nutrient loss from new home lots. More information will be posted at the SoilKeepers website in the weeks ahead.
