Years ago I gave a talk at UMass Ecological Landscape Conference showing multi-year soil test results from some of our projects. The results portrayed substantial soil organic matter (SOM) increases from 3-4 years of compost + soil biology inoculants. Lots of discussion about whether its really possible to substantially improve soil chemistry and biology in just a few years. Interesting to see others finding similar results in similar time frames
